HappyPuzzle provides browser-based chess: ranked multiplayer, AI training, puzzles, friends, and related features.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.
• Usernames and chat must not impersonate others or contain illegal or abusive content.

Optional premium cosmetics may be offered. Premium does not affect core matchmaking fairness.

Refund policies follow the payment provider and applicable law when billing is enabled.

HappyPuzzle branding, UI, and original assets belong to the operator. Chess rules and piece designs used are standard or licensed as applicable.

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
