Dameo: Checkers Game (“Dameo”) is an Android app published under the HappyPuzzle brand. Package name: com.nexolut.dameo.

This privacy policy applies to the Android app linked from Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nexolut.dameo. It does not cover the separate Dameo Chrome extension or the HappyPuzzle website, which have their own policies.

The app stores gameplay and preference data locally with Android DataStore. This data does not create a server-side personal profile with us.

• Campaign progress and current campaign level
• Local display name for your in-app profile
• Match history of finished games
• Sound and bot-difficulty settings
• Interstitial ad frequency counters used only to space ads on this device

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics (Firebase project dameo-fac59) to collect usage events that help us understand how the game is played - for example level start and level end.

There is no Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, or Cloud Messaging in this app. Analytics events are processed by Google under Google’s privacy terms and Firebase / Google Analytics terms. We do not use Analytics to create a HappyPuzzle account for you.

The app shows Google AdMob ads (banner and interstitial). Google may use the device advertising ID and related signals to deliver and measure ads, in line with Google Play and AdMob policies and your device ad settings.

Debug builds may load Google’s official test ad units; production builds use the app’s real AdMob units. Google is the advertising partner that serves these ads.

The Dameo Android app does not:

• Create user accounts or server-side personal profiles
• Access precise GPS / location for gameplay
• Read your contacts or photo library
• Collect payment card details inside the app

Dameo is a general-audience casual game. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.

Uninstalling Dameo removes the app’s local DataStore data from your device.

Analytics and advertising data held by Google are retained and deleted according to Google’s policies for Firebase Analytics and AdMob. You can also reset or limit the advertising ID in your Android settings.

We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The date below reflects the latest revision.
